Owner and head coach. Ben develops well rounded grapplers through a fast paced,  technique focused approach that builds skill, cardio, confidence and resilience. Every student progresses at their own pace and Ben ensures that each person from kids, hobbyist and competitors receives the highest level of challenge and support to reach their goals. Black belt In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Luta Livre yellow belt, Judo yellow belt and Snake Pit Catch Wrestling level Journey 1.
